[EXAM SEASON]: Rhodes University recently held the final session of its Pathways to Success: Conversations with First-Year Students series at the Eden Grove Red Lecture Theatre.
This four-part series, led by Deputy Vice-Chancellor for Academic and Student Affairs, Professor Mabokang Monnapula-Mapesela, is part of the Rhodes University First-Year Extended Orientation (RUFYE) Programme.
Designed to ease the transition from high school to university, the sessions are held once per term, offering first-year students guidance and tools for academic success. The RUFYE Programme provides extensive support, fostering a positive first-year experience through educational and social initiatives beyond the typical orientation period.
